Phil is a Chartered Environmentalist, with 15 years experience in both the public and private sectors.  He has a strong practical background, working as a climber for Bartlett Tree Experts in the USA and Southern Tree Surgeons in the UK.

Before joining us in 2006, he held Tree Officer posts at Cherwell District Council and New Forest District Council.  Phil is in the process of being assessed for AA Registered Consultant status.
